Soul Impact may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, information submitted when scheduling a Growth Strategy Call, and information you send through an inquiry or email communication. The website also uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling; information you submit through that service is handled through that scheduling experience.
We may also receive limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the website. The website is hosted using Framer, which may process limited technical information in connection with providing the website and its built-in site analytics.
Soul Impact may use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct Growth Strategy Calls, communicate with visitors, evaluate potential business engagements, operate and maintain the website, protect the website and its users from misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Growth Strategy Call scheduling currently uses Google Calendar and Google appointment scheduling. When you interact with Google’s scheduling service, information you submit through that service may also be processed by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy practices. Soul Impact does not control Google’s independent processing of information.
The Soul Impact website is built and hosted using Framer. Current website service providers include Framer for website hosting and built-in analytics and Google for appointment scheduling. Soul Impact may also use service providers that process information on its behalf to operate the website, communications, scheduling, and related business functions.
Soul Impact currently uses Framer’s built-in website analytics and does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or another separately installed advertising or analytics tracking service on this website. Framer’s built-in analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and uses privacy-focused, anonymized measurement to provide website traffic insights. Because the current website also uses third-party services such as Google Calendar appointment scheduling, those third-party services may process information according to their own privacy practices.
Soul Impact may disclose information to service providers used to operate the website and requested services; when required by law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect rights, security, or prevent fraud or misuse; in connection with a business transfer; or with an individual’s direction or consent. Soul Impact does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Soul Impact retains information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, business and legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and enforcement of agreements.
